All coaching services are non-refundable.
This applies to monthly coaching, and paid in full coaching terms of 3 months or 6 months.
Monthly billing - you are agreeing to 3 payments - this is a 3 month term contract whether paid in full or monthly.
3 month paid in full - you are paying up front for that 3 month commitment - refunds are not offered.
6 month paid in full - you are paying up front for that 6 month commitment. - refunds are not offered.
When you enroll in coaching, you are committing to the full term selected (monthly or prepaid). Payment — whether made monthly or in full — secures your spot, time, and the work required to support you throughout that period.
Because coaching involves upfront planning, analysis, assessment, and ongoing access to support and resources, refunds are not offered for any reason, including but not limited to:
Changing your mind after enrolling
Deciding the coaching approach isn’t the right fit
Choosing to stop early
Not using the services or resources provided
Personal, medical, or scheduling changes (please contact me with emergency cases, I am human and willing to work with you on a case by case basis)
Once payment is made, it applies to the agreed-upon coaching term and cannot be reversed, transferred, or prorated.
If at any point you feel coaching is no longer the right fit, you may choose to pause or discontinue participation, but payment obligations remain unchanged.
By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF COACHING SERVICES
By enrolling in coaching services, submitting payment, or accessing any materials, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
No Guarantees
Coaching outcomes vary from person to person.
Because results depend on many factors — including individual physiology, lifestyle, consistency, stress levels, medical history, and adherence — no guarantees are made regarding outcomes, including but not limited to:
symptom improvement
weight or body composition changes
hormone regulation
health markers
athletic performance
Coaching provides guidance, education, and support — not guaranteed results.
Client Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that:
Your progress depends on your participation, consistency, and communication.
You are responsible for following the program as designed if you wish to see results.
Failure to follow recommendations, complete assigned work, attend check-ins, track as instructed, or communicate concerns may limit progress.
The coach is not responsible for outcomes when the program is not followed as outlined.

Health outcomes and timelines vary based on individual factors. Some changes may take weeks or months to fully reflect in symptoms, labs, or performance. Coaching is a process, not a guarantee of immediate results.
This is why I mandate 3 months minimum. - it takes time to begin to see results from a program.

Clients may request to pause coaching under the following conditions:
A pause must be requested in writing.
Pauses are granted at the coach’s discretion.
Paused time may be resumed within the original coaching window unless otherwise agreed.
Pauses do not result in refunds or extensions beyond the agreed-upon term unless explicitly approved in writing.
This is a case by case basis. The intention is to acknowledge that life becomes messy. If you have a family emergency that takes you away from the ability to focus on coaching, I would rather you pause than throw in the towel completely. I am here to support you, even when things are messy.

You understand that:
Any changes to nutrition, training, supplements, or lifestyle carry inherent risks.
You voluntarily assume responsibility for your choices and actions.
You agree to communicate openly about symptoms, concerns, or adverse reactions.
You agree to communicate openly and honestly about any current medications and medical conditions. You agree to communicate honestly about all past medical history, and past symptoms and treatments.
You agree to answer honestly when asked questions regarding your health and medical history. You are not required to provide medical documentation, but it is always appreciated for context and a comprehensive look at your overall well being.
The coach is not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from:
incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client
failure to follow guidance
failure to communicate concerns
failure to communicate medical history or medical conditions.
independent decisions made outside the scope of coaching

Coaching services do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
If you experience a medical condition, symptom flare, or health concern:
You are responsible for seeking appropriate medical care.
Coaching recommendations may be adjusted or paused for safety, but payment obligations remain unchanged.
Medical conditions, diagnoses, or medical advice from another provider do not qualify for refunds.
If coaching must be paused for medical reasons, this may be discussed on a case by case basis, but refunds are not issued.
Examples:
If you become sick with the flu - this is not a qualified medical exemption.
If you are diagnosed with a medical condition that makes continuing coaching impossible, or harms you, this is a cases by case basis we discuss together. Programing can always be adjusted to suit your personal needs.
If you become physically incapable of proceeding with coaching or training - this is a case by case basis.

I am a licensed nutritionist and functional practitioner. My work is clinical and protocol-based, rooted in functional and integrative health principles.
While I am not a medical doctor, the recommendations and protocols I provide are intended to support health, physiology, and biological systems from a functional medicine perspective.
My services may include assessment of labs, nutrition therapy, lifestyle intervention, supplement protocols, and health optimization strategies.
These recommendations are medical in a functional sense, but they are not Western medical care and do not replace the role of a licensed physician, specialist, or emergency service medical provider.
I do not prescribe pharmaceutical medications, perform medical procedures, or provide acute or emergency care.
Clients are responsible for maintaining a relationship with their primary care provider and for consulting their physician regarding medications, diagnoses, medical conditions, or any changes to prescribed treatment plans. Functional care is intended to work alongside, not in place of, conventional medical care. I work with many client’s physicians and am always willing to communicate directly with your care team. Having everyone on the same page is a support to you.

These materials are provided for your personal use only.
You may:
view, download, and use the materials for your own education and application
reference them for your own health and coaching experience
You may not:
reproduce, distribute, share, copy, resell, or repurpose any materials
provide materials to others (paid or unpaid)
upload materials to public or private platforms
use materials in your own coaching, business, or professional practice
claim the materials as your own work
profit from the materials in any form
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of coaching materials is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of services without refund and potential legal action.n

By enrolling in coaching services, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and understand that changes to nutrition, lifestyle, supplements, and training may carry risks. You accept full responsibility for your participation and agree to communicate openly about symptoms, concerns, or changes in health status.

Coaching support is provided within the agreed scope and communication channels. Response times may vary and are not guaranteed to be immediate. Coaching does not include 24/7 or emergency support.
There is a message tool in the app. You can message in the app at any time , any day. My response time is not guaranteed. I will often read your message, asses its urgency, and respond in an appropriate time.
Check ins - are responded to within the week they are submitted. -They are assessed for urgency, and clients with immediate needs are responded to first. If you have an immediate question - message me.
I am not available for phone calls that are unscheduled. You may not call me or text me to ask questions regarding coaching (unless specified by me)

Force Majeure
I am not liable for delays or interruptions in services due to circumstances beyond my control, including but not limited to illness, emergencies, technical issues, or natural events.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which the coach is licensed. Any disputes shall be resolved within that jurisdiction.
